Feldenkrais Method was developed by the engineer, physicist and martial artist Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais as a way of becoming more aware of our movements and of our capacities to sense ourselves, rebalance and heal. Yet, a sedentary lifestyle may cause us to lose touch with our bodies, resulting in muscular tension that impacts both our physical and mental well-being.
Feldenkrais lessons set out a way to re-wire our movement habits and motion pattern, thereby overcoming aches and pains, stress-related disorders, unpleasant sensations, or emotional challenges.
Lessons are taught either through touch and gentle manipulation (also known as "Functional Integration" treatments), or through verbal instruction (also known as "Awareness through movement" lessons).

Using gentle conscious movement and breathing sequences, you will be invited to connect with your body on a deeper level bringing neuromuscular imbalances back to a natural state of feeling and perceiving.
